What we’re looking for in our graduates
Your foundations
You should be:
- A graduate or final-year university student (preferably majoring in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline depending on your chosen stream)
- Intending to become a CA or CPA (for Tax, Audit and Assurance roles)
- Presenting a solid GPA or academic record
Your experience
Ideally, you have:
- Experience in a part-time or casual job while studying
- A history of working successfully in a team environment (in any workplace)
Your mindset
You are:
- Enthusiastic and ready to take initiative
- A team player who values inclusion and collaboration
- Positive, driven and community-minded
Your skillset
You’ll need to:
- Be a confident communicator – written and verbal
- Think critically and solve problems with an analytical eye

If your application meets our criteria, we’ll have a quick phone interview to get to know you better.
Following a successful phone interview, you’ll proceed to our Assessment Centre where you’ll collaborate in a group, tackle a case study and present to a mock board.
