What we’re looking for in our graduates

Your foundations

You should be:

  • A graduate or final-year university student (preferably majoring in Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline depending on your chosen stream)
  • Intending to become a CA or CPA (for Tax, Audit and Assurance roles)
  • Presenting a solid GPA or academic record

Your experience

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience in a part-time or casual job while studying
  • A history of working successfully in a team environment (in any workplace)

Your mindset

You are:

  • Enthusiastic and ready to take initiative
  • A team player who values inclusion and collaboration
  • Positive, driven and community-minded

Your skillset

You’ll need to:

  • Be a confident communicator – written and verbal
  • Think critically and solve problems with an analytical eye

How to apply

To express your interest in our graduate program, fill out the application form.

If your application meets our criteria, we’ll have a quick phone interview to get to know you better.

Following a successful phone interview, you’ll proceed to our Assessment Centre where you’ll collaborate in a group, tackle a case study and present to a mock board.
