Transitioning through a merger. Joining a larger team. And being promoted. These were just some of the milestones Roshna Satyal ticked off since becoming a part of BellchambersBarrett in 2023.

She tells us more about her career journey so far – in her own words.

A smooth transition

I began my career as an accountant with Accrue in 2021. Then, when we merged with BellchambersBarrett in 2023, I transitioned to the bigger firm – along with my existing colleagues.

Going from a small team to a much larger group was a significant change. But my new colleagues at BellchambersBarrett were so welcoming and supportive, which made the shift so much easier and smoother.

Achieving multiple milestones

The merger has proved to be an exciting step in my career. It’s allowed me to join a more dynamic environment and collaborate with a diverse group of professionals.

These factors, as well as the strong focus on professional development, have fostered my growth both personally and professionally. And within a year at BellchambersBarrett, I’ve achieved multiple career milestones – including a promotion to Senior Consultant in Tax and Business Services.
