Fast-growing yet nurturing – the best place to launch your career

Your first professional job is a critical steppingstone to your long-term success. At BellchambersBarrett, our goal is to nurture and support you from day one so that you can achieve your own goals – and grow at every opportunity.

Why choose the BellchambersBarrett
Graduate Program?

Study support

We actively encourage and support graduates in pursuing their CA qualifications.

As a graduate in our firm, you will enjoy:

  • 20 days study leave (on top of your annual leave)
  • Comprehensive financial support packages
  • “Celebrating Success” lunches for each module you complete

Mentorship & coaching

Our long-running ‘Coach and Buddy System’ pairs every new staff member with a senior manager and buddy. This means you’ll always have someone in the firm to turn to and guide you.

You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to:

  • Work directly with and learn from our partners
  • Engage in regular professional development
  • Attend industry and networking events

Unrestricted career growth

We believe everyone should have equal opportunity to progress. And as a fast-growing firm, we don’t have a set number of promotion targets carved in stone.

This means you will always have the chance to be promoted – irrespective of other people’s journeys.

As long as you are ready, you can enjoy a quick career progression in our firm.

Never a dull day

As a graduate in our firm, you will be exposed to a vast range of clients, industries and assignments.

You’ll also get to see the full cycle of a business and experience all forms of work from start to finish.

Our people are our priority, and we genuinely care about each other.

As a member of our team, you can be sure that your voice and ideas will always be heard.
