What we’re looking for in our graduates

Qualifications

You should be:

  • A graduate or final-year university student (preferably majoring in Accounting and Commerce)
  • Intending on becoming a CA or CPA
  • Presenting a solid GPA or academic record

Experience

Ideally, you have:

  • Experience in a part-time or casual job while studying
  • A history of working in a team environment (in any workplace)

Personality

You are:

  • Enthusiastic and proactive
  • A team player who wants to be part of an inclusive and collaborative environment
  • Positive, proactive and community minded

Skills

You’ll need to:

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a good analytical mindset

How it works

Our Graduate Program is intentionally flexible so that we can tailor your experience to your interests and preferences.

In the first year, you can choose to rotate through our divisions – Audit & Assurance and Tax & Business Services. Or, you can remain in your preferred division.

We have successfully filled our graduate and trainee positions which commence in February 2024. Our application process will reopen in June 2024 for positions which commence in August 2024 (we can be flexible on start dates). Please revisit our website to apply at that time.

What happens next

If successful, you’ll come on board as a permanent full-time staff member – with six months’ probation.
